·         START TIME will be 10:30am at all venues. Team Managers should arrive at the venue with team sheet and cards prepared for the first match.

·         Teams not at the Venue by 11:00am will be scratched from the championship unless agreed by teams competing in that event.

·         All games with the exception of the Youth matches at Rochdale to be 21 up with 6 start on card. (8 & 4 man games )

·         The 3 Youth Matches at Rochdale ( Rochdale v Warrington ) all games will be 21 up with no start on card .( Players in the 3 games to be rotated so no players play each other more than once  )

·         Super Champions title can only be won by teams that compete in all three events.

·         If a team turns up at a competition short of players they will be allowed to play one player twice. However this  player must play at No 8 and be the lowest scoring player (i.e. worst loser or lowest scoring winner) from the games completed in the first four blocks. Teams with less than seven players will be able to play however their results will not be counted in the championship.

·         In the Junior and Youth Section  the points system where there are 8 players in a team will be 1 pt per winning individual game and 2 pts for the team that wins the aggregate score. 10 pts in total per match > Where the aggregate is drawn each team score 1 pt each .

·         In the Junior and Youth Section  the points system where there are 4 players in a team will be 1 pt per winning individual  game and 1 pt  g and 1 pt for the team that wins the aggregate score . 5 pts per match. Where the aggregate is drawn , each team will score ½ pt each

DIRECTIONS TO VENUES
The HOST District shall be responsible for forwarding directions to the junior delegates (see list attached) of districts that are competing in the relevant leagues that are being held in their area.

DRESS CODE
Where possible all districts should try to adhere to the BCGBA Dress Code. This being club polo shirt with grey or black trousers no shorts, jeans or football tops.

MEASURING
Each team playing in the team championships is required to nominate one person from their team to help with the measuring.

REFEREES
Host districts are responsible for providing referees  where possible.

TEAM MANAGERS
Team Managers need to ensure that the games in each match are kept flowing. Please have your teams made out for each match as soon as possible. Use your common sense regarding order of your play for your players. We need to maintain at least four blocks at all times. This will sometimes mean that you will not be able to change your order of play from game to game.
